FAQs About Visiting Metro
  • What time are your services?

We meet on Sundays in Kalihi at 7, 9, and 11am! Our 7am and 9am services are live streamed.

MetroKids (grades PreK-5th) is available at our 9 and 11am services, and youth ministries hold services during our 9am service.

  • Do you have services for kids and youth?

Absolutely! Kids and youth are centered in our community. You can find more info about our NextGen ministries on the NextGen page of our website.

  • Where do I park?

We’ve got parking in our main lot at 419 Waiakamilo Road, but we also have an extra lot right across the street that we call “The Wave Lot” because it hosts the largest wave mural in the world! Just look for the Metro banners and signs.

If you need any help finding a stall, call over one of our helpful parking team members in a reflective vest.

  • How long do services typically last?

Our worship services typically last for about 90 minutes. 30 minutes of singing and worship is followed by a sermon and spiritual practice. Don’t be shy to stick around after service - we have free coffee and would love to talk story with you!

  • What should I wear?

Whether you show in an aloha shirt and slacks or board shorts and rubbah slippahs, you’ll fit right in.

  • What denomination is the church affiliated with?

We are a part of the International Church of the Foursquare Gospel. You can find more about our beliefs and our denomination on our Beliefs page.

  • Can I watch services online if I can’t attend in person?

Absolutely! If for any reason you can’t make our in-person service, you can always watch it live or watch it at a later time on our YouTube channel or audio podcast.

  • Can I talk to a pastor?

If you have any other questions or simply want to talk to a pastor, we’re on the other end of this line and are eager to chat with you.
